金科服务港交所成功上市 开启智慧服务新时代

11月17日,金科智慧服务集团股份有限公司(09666.HK,以下简称“金科服务”)正式于香港联交所主板挂牌上市。

  

据了解,金科服务以“服务+科技”“服务+生态”为发展战略,截至2020年6月30日,已进入全国24个省份的133个城市,签约面积约近2.56亿平方米,签约项目843个,服务全国160万户中产家庭,业主满意度连续9年超过90%。

随着地产行业进入“白银时代”,物业管理被认为是“被忽略的蓝海市场”,有数据显示,预计到2030年物业市场规模有望达到3万亿元。

此次,金科服务成功赴港上市成为物业行业升级迭代的标志性样本,代表着以“大服务、大生态、大科技”的物业形态已经成为大势所趋,未来可期。
